Erected by John Martin, Merchant, Dundee, and his spouse, Margaret Fenton who died September 1838 aged 37 years also his mother Jane Ogilvy who died 24th April 1834 aged 53 years and his father George Martin who died 21st October 1835 aged 56 years.
