Inscription.

 This stone

Was erected by ROBERT HAMILTON

Mason in Dundee to the memory of

ANDREW HAMILTON his father he died

March the 3d 1729 of age 49 years & is

interred here with JOHN & WILLIAM

HAMILTON his sons. JOHN died in 1737

of age 36 years WILLIAM died in 1727

of aged 14 years

Also to the memory of JEAN STRANG

spouse of ROBERT HAMILTON she died

the 3rd day of July 1773 of age 57 years &

their son THOMAS he died 1757 in

his infancy


Also his spouse Agnes Don died 11th June 1798, aged 57 years.
