aged 64 years


Original Inscription.

1819 Erected by Thomas Erskine, Shipmaster, Dundee, and his spouse Jean Low, in memory of his father James Erskine, who died 6th August 1809, aged 74 years; also his mother Isobel Patterson, who died 14th March 1820, aged 74 years; and their son David who died November 1821, aged 10 weeks, their son James who died 9th March 1824, aged two months, their son Thomas who died 31st March 1833, aged 17 years.
