1852 Erected By MARGERY IRONS In memory of her husband ROBERT NICOLL Builder Dundee who died 28th March 1851 aged 59 years also in memory of his father WILLIAM NICOLL Lime merchant Dundee who died 4th October 1855 aged 73 years Also in memory of her son JAMES EASSON commander of the ship Elizabeth who died at sea 1st May 1856 aged 34 years

1852 Feby 24 Revisal dues paid by the family of said Robert Nicoll, builder.
