To Euphemia Lyon, wife of David Sandieman, Merchant in Dundee,
who died the 8th day of ides of October, in the year of the Christian era 1742,
and of her age 21.
Here lies a pious, prudent, much beloved woman, who always
burned with a pure love to christ.
Life soon glides away.
In memory of Miss Catherine Sandieman, who died 25th May 1821,
and of Miss Catherine Sandieman, who died 25th November 1821, daughters of Mr
David Sandieman, the former aged 74, the latter 66 years.
