The above Alexander Robertson died at sea, on board the barque Morgiana of Dundee, of which he was Master, on the 10th January 1836, in Lat. 43° 3' N., Lon 10° 3' W, in the 38th year of his age. John Thomson, his father in law, of H.M.C. Dundee, died 10th May 1836, in the 62nd year of his age.

A sorrowing widow thus deplored the loss of a loving husband, and an indulgent father.
