Stone No.450-2

 

Inscription.

1835.

Erected by David Tulloch, Hatmaker, Dundee, and his wife Marjory Rattray, in memory of their daughter Margaret, who died 16th May 1835, aged 17 months.

Describe who can those worlds of light,

Those realms of endless day,

Where from the scenes of gloomy night,

She winged her joyful way.

 

Also their son David who died 4th Octr 1843 in the 27th year of his age. The above David Tulloch died 29th Jany 1849 aged 65 years. the above Margaret Rattray died 22nd March 1864 aged 70 years and was interred in the Western Cemetery.
