1859 In memory of David Hill, late glover, who died at Broughty ferry, March 1851, aged 75 years, of Alexia Hill his daughter who died August 1854, aged 24 years, and of Mary Laird Walker, his spouse, who died January 1855, aged 65 years.

1859 May 24. The Hospital Master and Hospital Factor as authorised by the Hospital Committee granted permission to the family of the Late David hill, glover to remove the headstone No310 and replace it by a new one.
