are also interred here
Dundee 12 March 1868. The daughters of the late Robert Low,
Banker, having applied for permission to remove an old monument, No 301 and to
erect a new headstone in its place, their request was of this date granted by
the Hospital Master and Hospital Factor, as authorised by the Hospital
Committee, per minute of 29 Decr last; but that without prejudice to the rights
of the other parties if any.... R. Gardener Esq of Dudhope on behalf of the
Dudhop family, having previously relinquished all claim to said monument, or the
burying stance on which it stands in ?? of the family of said Robert Low.
