Stone No. 1425

 

Inscription.

1814 Erected by May Low in memory of her father James Low, Wright in Dundee, who died aged 63 years, also his spouse May Wales, who died aged 62 years.

7 July 1855. Revisal dues paid by Elizabeth Low sister of the deceased May of Marjory Low and the following children of Helen Low, another sister of the deceased May or Marjory Low, viz David Butchart, Carpenter, Marjory Butchart, Ellen Butchart wife of James Sturrock, shipmaster, Mary Butchart, Barbara Butchart, for liberty to remove this headstone and replace it by a new one (1425-1), in terms of minute of Hospital Committee of 30 January 1855.
