Erected by John Kidd, Brewer, and revised by his
surviving children in memory of their parents, John Kidd departed this life 30th
October 1816, aged 45 years. Also his spouse Janet Hutton, who died 29th May
1822, aged 55 years. Likewise their children Elisabeth who died 12th July 1817,
aged 7 years, Margaret who died 2nd September 1820, aged 19 years. James, John,
Isabella, and Agnes, who all died in infancy.
