1825 Erected By ALEXANDER DOW Hawk-hill and MARGARET GARDINER his spouse in memory of their children viz ROBERT who died 12th Octr 1823 aged 4 years and AGNES RAIT who died 23d Octr 1823 aged 6 years the above ALEXANDER DOW died 31st May 1837 aged 51 years the above MARGARET GARDINER died 4th April 1858 aged 73 years
