Stone No.1161

 

Inscription.

1793 Erected by Thomas David, Mason in Dundee, in memory of his daughter Marey David, who died March 23rd 1793, aged 16 years and 6 months. Thomas David, builder, Dundee, died 9th Feby 1829 aged 74 years. His wife Katherine Anderson died 21st May 1830 aged 86 years.

Erected by their son Peter David and his wife Katherine Millar in memory of his affectionate parents, of his sister Mary David who died the 23rd March 1793 aged 16 years and 6 months, and of their children George who died abroad, Barbara and Hellen who died in infancy.
