also his son who died in infancy

 


Here lie the relics of departed

Mary Watson wife of
Elisha Small
Who died on the 16th day of April 1852
aged 37 years
Sincerely regretted
and loved by all who knew her
"To her to live was Christ and to die gain
Her ashes repose here, but her spirit
has gone up from the wilderness in the
mountain of myrrh and to the hill
of frankincense until the day break
and the shadows flee away."
