Inscription.

1795 Erected by ANDREW THOMSON shoe maker in Dundee and ANN ROBERTSON his spouse in memory of their children viz JAMES died aged 1 years THOMAS aged 3 and 1 half ANN aged 7 weeks; MARGt aged 6 years and 1 half JOHN died 16th April 1791 aged 21 year,  also my beloved ANN ROBERTSON died 25th June 1805 aged 64 years REAR: Here lies the bodie of Girzeli White who die July 20 1762 in the 59 year of her aged also two of her Daughters viz Ann and Helen Gibsons this inscription was don by the desire of Alexr Gibson her son in memory of a beloved Mother,

Claimant: Robert Thomson, shoemaker and George Thomson painter, sons of Andrew Thomson.
