Inscription.

Erected by William Galloway, Merchant in Dundee, in memory of his spouse, Margaret Hepburn, who died the 26th of August 1769, aged 44 years.

The name of the righteous should be held in everlasting remembrance.

Post morte vitae ( After death life )

This stone was revised by Betty Ogilvie in memory of her husband William Ogilvie, Merchant in Dundee, who died March 12th 1772, aged 47 years.
